IBM making me crazy, no informations, no pictures of their processors, it's very hard to identify them
this time a chip/CPU with two dies, probably a CPU core and a cache chip.
someone identify it like a Power4 but it can't be a Power4 because has a different pinout and a smaller die, and then no information about a Power4 with a cache chip on the same package like Power5, but it's smaller also for be a Power5.

any informations will be wellcome!
thanks

Do you know what Power4+ looks like? It should be smaller die than Power4.

See my Power4, Power4+, and Power4+ & 8M L3. Mine had a metal spreader covering the L3 die and a ceramic spreader covering the CPU die
