I grew up on Windows 95 and up so DOS, BASIC, Assembler are not my strongest points Smile On 486 motherboard booted DOS v7 fine but even AIDA16 or Memtest doesn't work. I have tried DOS 6.22 and without success too. Those programs works fine on newer boards like Socket 7. I think there is something with cache options in BIOS. Volcov Commander (file manager) works fine so mentioned apps use something different to run.

Mobo : NICE mini EISA, CPU : Intel 486 Overdrive 66, 16MB SIMM 30 pin, 256k cache external on mobo. Screenshot from BIOS settings.

Any suggestions ?

Other tool named Astra was a solution. I will take a look around for memory test tool compatible with 486.
