These are the slowest Tualatin Celerons made, and were used in embedded applications

Slowest ? I thought it was the Mobile Celeron 400 ULV SL6SE the slowest Tualatin, isn't it ?

Not NOS

missed that one, as its technically a Embedded CPU where as these are mobiles, so listed here.
