I sold some 3dfx cards as "For parts ot not working". Got neutral feedback on one card due to it not working!
Even worse - when I buy stuff and it doesn't arrive, I always set up a request, asking for confirmation of shipping and for tracking details. As soon as I do that, the items disappear from my purchase history, so if the seller doesn't reply and I have to get a refund, I can't leave any sort of feedback!
Seems broken to me.

It is.
I've had the same things as you happen to me. Worse actually. I've been neg'ed for selling cards for parts only and them not working. |
