U830C can't be clone of DEC310ES - it is 8-bit bit-slice processor.

The DEC 310 is a T-11 CPU for late PDP-11.

The U830C is not a clone of this chip, but a bit slice processor for East German PDP-11 clones (SKR K 1600: K1610/K1620/K1630). It does not have a western equivalent.
