I have two model IBM POWER8 cpus with different pin. FRN are 00UM258 and 00FW957(same size with less pins).
Some say one of them are POWER7 cpu(one with less pins), how can I find the information about it? |

Yes, I believe one it's a Power 7+ DCM
but I must open them to find which one it's a Power7+ or Power 8 |
