Looking for information on IBM 486SLC3 / 486SLC2 voltage tolerances. I know they run at ~3.3V, but are they 5V tolerant?

Does anyone known where I can find this information?

I've tried to look for the Datasheet for this series of processors, but haven't had any luck.

Any insight would be appreciated.
