Russian CLCC processor

We don't have many posts lately... Let's post something interesting, something that not many people here seen before ... a Soviet/Russian processor in CLCC package:



It's a clone of DEC DEC302F. As you can see it's a white ceramic chip with gold leads. It's very small - 0.5" x 0.5" (12 mm x 12 mm). Does anybody know if DEC produced 302F processors in CLCC package?

East Germany also made clones in CLCC and SMD packages. As many don't know there were 80286 and 80287 clones. I think the 80287 is one of the most rare (co)processor you can imagine and the value is much higher as of ordinary western "rare" cpus. It was used in EC1835 PC.
