I found this chip:
It's packaging is very intersting - old style ceramic DIP with gold pins, but the lid and ground strap are on the bottom. Unfortunately, it's not a processor

I found another similar strange IC some time ago:
Have a look... the die is visible through a certain kind of gel. It's a soft feeling putting the finger on it
