Shipping & fees - Shipping from Canada
I can do direct shipping, but shipping from Canada is weirdly expensive. AVICC is really the recommended choice.
AVICC shipping
• Direct shipping to AVICC at cost
• Fees split amongst members , split by order weight, minimum 1$
• Parcels will be tracked and insured, because the difference to AVICC doesn't justify not doing that
Shipping costs for Canada / US / international Shipping
1) Shipping in Canada for a small package, with insurance is between 13-20, depending on size and weight. Uninsured packages might save $3-5, with lost packages borne by the receiver
2) Shipping to the US, for a small insured package is usually $21+. Would not recommend to ship uninsured across international boundaries
3) Shipping to International for a small package is similar to US ($21+) but with large variances based on distance/geography.
4) Really small items (such as chip dies) might be able to ship via standard letter mail, if that's preferred.
5) I'm not responsible if the mail is lost, keep tabs on tracking, and a claim will be filed for insured mail that does not reach it's destination
Specific shipping costs - View the table here if curious. I will charge shipping at cost.

Ordering
• Post in the topic to order an item
• PMs are lower priority than topic posts. Topic post gets the sale first
Shipping
• Once the sale is over, a summary topic will be opened. Indicate whether you want AVICC or direct shipping
• Totals will be sent, and will need to be paid 48 hours in advance of the AVICC shipment, or the order will be canceled
• Direct shipping can be done before the sale ends. Message me to set it up. I'll ship once payment is received, and I will request your contact information. If more time to pay is needed, we can work something out.
Payment
• Can be via AVICC or Paypal. Those are the only 2 payment mechanisms I can support currently
Deferred shipping
• Pay for the item, and I can hold it until the next sale. I'll keep your chips/items cool in the land of maple syrup. This has limitations based on size/weight. Some things I just can't keep! And I'm not sure how often I'll be running sales yet, so it might be a little wait. |
