Has anyone got any information about this PPGA? Have you seen any of these before? Is this a Mech Sample?

No markings on the front and back, there's just a QR mark in the corner.

These are normally found in some of the later University Kits supplied by Intel.
The chips themselves are generally taken off the production line and may or may not be working units.

Sorry I meant "The Journey Inside: The Computer" Chip kit produced by Intel, not the Uni kit
It was hit or miss whether chips were marked as Mech samples
This probably came from version 3 of the kit
