It will help if you measure the heatsink dimensions. I do not know whether this heatsink is suitable for my motherboard

I want to make an offer for 4x SLC3T CPU with a suitable heatsinks

Nothing like these heatsinks I'm afraid. The HP ones are latch type so no mounting screws and they are taller as well, won't fit in a 2U chassis. So unless you run 3-4U and willing to fabricate mounting point for the, they are no good to you  |

I would make a mounting plate, but for this I need the dimensions of the G580 heatsink, do not the elements on the mobo interfere with it. Height is not important.

It suits me, I want 4 pieces and 4xSLC3T.
I have to find a suitable power supply that supports the following
specifications:
