I bought a IBM white ceramic cpu with same size with POWER2 cpu but with different dies arrangement and pins arrangement.
Any information about it are much welcome and appreciated. |

It's an IBM s/390 AS/400 MCM, with a somewhat unusual soldered on ceramic lid.
The only other IBM MCM that I'm aware of that has a soldered on ceramic lid is the IBM 4381 MCM.
