I have 3 of these eye-candy Hybrid chips for sale.
(There is a chip on both sides of the PCB).
1x Tektronix TEK 155 0137 Hybrid ceramic chip modules with plastic protective covers. - $10 each pixelmanca
1x Tektronix Hybrid Ceramic chip with plastic covers removed. - $10
These are from Tektronix Data ACQ Probes dated 1980 and the chips have a plastic border that can easily be detached with a Philips screwdriver.
Once opened, you can see the thin Gold bonding wires on the sides of each chip.
