These are some sweet boards. These are Single Board VME computers originally designed for handling SONAR data the Navy as well as real time space based RF signal analysis.
Developed by MIZAR with Texas Instruments (based in the same city) they integrated TMS320C40 FLoating point DSPs capable of 60MFLOPS of computing each.
These were a popular Commercial Off the Shelf option for military upgrade program throughout the 1990s. These appear to be prototype/dev boards as they should some variations amongst them and some have extensive rework/handwiring.
1x Quad PGA TMS320C40 Boards $20
1x 8-way TMS320C40 boards with the very nice TAB packages TMS320 processors $16 (one reserved for DM8800er)
I also have 2 8-way cards with no processors installed (just memory) those can be had for $4 each (one left)
