Here are some nice rare Weitek chips.

The 1164 is a 64-bit FP MULT/DIV
The 1165 is a 64-bit FP ALU

THey are more commonly seen in the LCC or PGA package and were used in the SUN-4 WOrkstation
These are in the nice CDIP64 package with the great WEITEK heatspreader.
