These are some nice ones, New Old Stock still in their shipping clamshells.
The COP401L is the NMOS version of the PMOS COP410L and is intended to be used as an emulator (it emulated a 402/404)
To keep it compatible with the PMOS version it can run at voltages of up to 9.5V
Its a 4-bit MCU running at 2.1MHz
