Anyone know what a Intel P51018SL-10 (32 pin DIP) is?

I have 3 that came with a batch of other IC's.

That would usually be in a 22 pin package

Thanks Xhoba, that's exactly what they look like. Appreciate the information!

Data seems pretty hard to turn up on this one. I'll test it as a "standard" pinout 128Kx8 sram tonight and see what happens.

If they're more interesting to someone as a "collectable" let me know, otherwise they'll go into a project here.

Funny to think of 100ns as "slow". I still build/repair lots of stuff with 450ns parts Smile

Well, 128K works out nicely for a Z80 and CP/M 3.0 Smile
