I always like these huge 4-bit MCU's
For many things 4-bits is plenty, and more so when you stick 64-pins on it lol
These are in a 64SDIP package
They run at 4.2MHz on a NMOS process and have 99 instructions
All but 7 of those 64 pins can be used for I/O
SOLDx Toshiba TMP4746 5759
SOLDx Toshiba TMP4746 5760
1x Toshiba TMP4746 5762
$4 each _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
