Some really rare and unique stuff here

1. IBM Blue Gene/Q Processor Element $60 SOLD

2. Intel 80486DXC-50 SX494 $50 SOLD
This is a 486DX-50 CPU with Cache and cache controller sold as one card

3. Silicon Graphics Processor board with NEC D30710AF5-400 VR12000A R1.5 CPU $18 SOLD

1 Left 4. These are dual SPARC64 VI Dual core processor boards from a SPARC Enterprise M4000 Server. They run at 2.15GHz and use 5M of cache.

The SPARC64 VI was the first multi core SPARC64
Each board has 2 MBCS150507D-6M CPUs
Its interesting that Fujitsu actually is using 6M cache chips on these boards

The 6M chips were 2.28-2.4GHz, but Fujitsu is underclocking them here and using only 5M of the cache, probably easier then making 2 different SPARC64 VI's.

$25 a board (I have 3 of these ones, super nice gold CPUs)

5. HP PA7000 Processor board with 1FZ3-0006 CPU , 1FZ6-0006 MMU and a TI FPU
This was from a 9000 Series 800 and is running at 64MHz $30 SOLD

6. HP PA7000 Processor board with 1FZ3-0006 CPU , 1FZ6-0006 MMU
Same type of board as above FPU has been desoldered though Nice CPU and MMU though $15 SOLD

5. HP PA7000 Processor board with 1FZ3-0006 CPU , 1FZ6-0006 MMU and a TI FPU
This was from a 9000 Series 800 and is running at 64MHz $30

Don't need the board so if you can desolder the chips that would be great Smile

Thanks John... and like 'cooperalp', I don't really care about having the board, so if you can desolder the 2 SPARC chips I'd really appreciate it... Smile
