Hi there,

can you identify these two chips i got?

The D2864 looks like a S/DRAM or ROM
The D3218 i would add to a BitSlice CPU / Support Chip for D3002

But i dont find any informations about them

Best,
Robert

If it follows from the usual patterns of Intel chip numbering, then the D2864A-25 would be a 64k EEPROM.
