Hi Hugo,
You need Socket 775 board with FSB 1600 MHz support. I have not checked your models - sorry.
EDIT :
All these boards are 771 socket based server class. QX9775 is dekstop CPU. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

It's basically a relabeled xeon, should work on any 400 fsb capable motherboard with 45 nm quad support.
Both S5400SF and S5397 should work. |

Only the QX9775 is socket 771. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Have to trim the alignment tabs in the socket too. |

There were some single-socket LGA771 servers back in the day, but I don't remember them being as common as the dualies.
These processors were intended to run on the Intel D5400XS Skulltrail board, but I imagine any 5400-series chipset system would support them. |

| I'm really curious to see what those QX9775's could do on their own. I had a Skulltrail platform when they first came out, but it was so expensive I never had the balls to do any sort of super clocking beyond 4Ghz. |
