SOLDx Intel 486 Mechanical Sample Large die 1993 version $75
SOLD Intel KJ8TSMR00-BA ENG SAMPLE $250
Unknown function, but last time these showed up they seemed to be related to the Pentium Pro, likely a test of the cache die (8T 512k)
THey came from the Intel D1D Dev fab here in Oregon

2x Intel Pentium SPGA Unfinished Packages $40 each or the pair for $60
