Weirdly marked BGA ES?

So in the batch of Q949 ES I got, there were 3 weirdly marked chips randomly mixed in.

One is marked as "TTT 8" and the country marking is "440 Taiwan"
Two are marked as "TSS 9" and have the same unusual country print.

Any ideas as to what these mean?

440 Taiwan is just test date and assembly location, not super abnormal on these types of BGAs
the TSS TTT is a bt odd
