Dont normally get ASICs but these are cool Cisco ones, called the MIRAGE, made for Cisco by IBM, and use the cool CGA (Collum Grid Array ) package
They are New Old stock,
9x Cisco MIRAGE 66P2563

Here's what they look like under the hood, after cleaning all of the nasty silicon glue off of the nice golden colored die and the ceramic around it... just heat the lid up for a few minutes with a heat gun and then you can pop them right off...
