Dies in an Intel: Journey Inside (first edition) kit

Can anyone identify these chips? I could read a couple but others I could not. The ruler is in millimeters. The chip in the kit is unmarked on the other side.

That unknown one seems to be later 80486SX2 or SX die https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Intel_80486SX2_die.JPG with 0.8 µm process instead of 1 µm of that other SX die.
