Shipping and payment information.
This is a neat-looking modem if I've ever seen one before. Case aluminum chassis with a nice old Intel logo printed on it.
I took a peek inside, and interestingly enough, not a single chip inside was made by Intel. I think it's a generic US Robotics modem rebranded as Intel, but it's still pretty neat!
I don't have the AC adapter for it, nor do I know what kind it takes.
$10 and it's yours.
