Shipping and payment information.
All of the chips in this lot have been tested (except two that are noted as such). The QDF codes were determined by HWInfo64 and may or may not be correct. Lot codes were decoded from the QR code on the chip.
The identity of the defective Q2K8 chips were determined by comparing the lot codes to the working Q2K8's I kept. They were all from the same two lots.
I used an Alienware M15X with the newest BIOS while testing.

CPU-Z recognizes the Q2K8's as A0. HWInfo64 also reports this.
Here's the CPU-Z validation for my supposed Q2K8
I'll grab a CPU-Z validation of the mystery chip.

Intel XTU sees it as fully unlocked up to 255 bins (not that any chip could run that fast LOL).
I just pushed it to 2 bins above the base (~3.1-ish GHz), as I had a lot of chips to test.
I need to re-test it for validation, so I'll push mine a little more and post a reply here.
