These are a bit of a mystery chip, they are a PLCC68 pin package marked CMT PROCESS 165-0102-01
Apparently a test marking or custom marking, so when in down, its always good to set things on fire
I extracted the die from one and its quiet nice, very much looks like a MCU of some sort. My guess is the National HPC line of high performance MCUs/
20x National Semi. CMT PROCESS $3 each or a pair for $5 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
