Neat little board. Looks like it might have been a storage controller of some sort? Haven't messed around with it, but could make a fun little project.
Has an Intel i486 DX4 100MHz SL2M9 and a bunch of other chips.
$7 and it's yours.

| Definitely something storage-related. Advansys was a vendor of SCSI controllers, and the ASC3030 chips (of which there are 3 on this board) were used in their low-end PCI-SCSI2 controllers. The 3 connectors next to them are 50-pin likely SCSI2 as well. |
