These are some nice Quad Core Freescale PowerPC Processors.
Each P3041 has 4 e500-mc PowerPC cores runnning at 1.2GHz.
Each core has 32K of I Cahce and D-Cache as well as a dedicated 128K 8-way ECC L2 Cache.
The 4 cores share a common 1M L3 cache.
These are made on a 45nm SOI process for Freescale at Global Foundry's Fab 7 in Singapore and Assembled by Amkor in Taiwan
These are Engineering Samples and don't have a production equivalent (the production ones have a different DDR speed support)
24x Freescale P3041PSE1MZA 0N34B Mask ENG SAMPLE $9 each or a pair for $16
