These are some nice IBM PowerPC 750FX Processors
They are 600MHz 1.4-1.5V at 105C screened Revision DD2.3
The 750FX has a 4-stage pipeline with 32/32K of L1 Cache and an on die 512K L2 Cache
They are made on a 0.13u process
They are an RoHS package
