These have an Extended Temp Range 0.29u 166MHz PowerPC8260 Processor on them
The 8260 is a EC603e PowerPC CPU with 16K Data/Instruction Caches
It also includes an Embedded RISC core for Communications work (which can run independent of the main PowerPC core)
The SBC included 32MB of PC100 SDRAM and 2MB of Flash and a Tundra PowerSpan POWER to PCI Bus switch
They appear to be samples as they are labeled 'Early Access Unit'
