These are interesting, they are an apparent custom version of the PowerPC 750L (same package and similar markings as a 8p series 0.20u 750L)
They are new old stock (off a tape reel)
I have seen these in 400 and 500MHz varieties, these are the 400MHz
Date code puts them at mid-2000
I came across one reference of these in a manual on the CPC700 Cheetah 4.0 dev board, so maybe used there
18x IBM PowerPC 750S PPC750S-BB400B3 $5 each or a pair for $8
