Here are some AMD Carrizo core (Excavator arch) engineering samples in the FP4 BGA package
These are 2.1GHz 4-Core with 1ML2 Cache per core (best I can tell)
They are rather early, beng over 6 months before the introduction of the first retail Excavator products)
