These are the LSI L64801 SPARC Instruction unit (the FPU was separate, either a Weitek 3170 or LSI L64804)
The 64801 was LSIs first SPARC processor, and was compatible with the Fujitsu MB86901. LSI also made a 64811 which was compatible with the Cypress CY7C601
The 64801 was used in the very first Sun SPARCStations.
They are made on a a CMOS 1.5u process
These are the fastest made at 25MHz and are in the rare metal cap PPGA package and are NOS
11x LSI L64801NC-25 SPARC IU $14 each or a pair for $25
