Here are some very nice Mostek Z80 Processors.
These are military prototypes made for Boeing. The military part number would be MKB3880P-84 (NSN 5962-01-125-1586)
MKB is the MIL-STD-883B prefix
MKX is for the prototypes
the -84 is Military - 4MHz
the 12 I do not know (maybe Boeing specific or testing related)
These were made for Boeing Aircraft and have the Boeing part number 380-10010-1 as well as Boeing CAGE code (82918)
I tested several of these and they tested fine (the red mark may mean they failed some other test (like a high temp test or voltage limit test etc)
SOLD OUTx Mostek MKX3880P8412 Prototypes Opened die cover $28 --->> $18
5x Mostek MKX3880P8412 Prototypes $28 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

This is too good to pass up. I’ll take a regular one without the opening.
Do the open ones work? _________________ My CPU List (Trades and For Sale) |

The open ones I tested did indeed work (and they have the same markings on the lids) _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

Red cross doesn't necessarily mean a fail. That might be how they mark one once it's been tested (and passed). |

Maybe they're the ones running the MCAS system in the 737MAX. |
