|
|
In 1994, China Northeast Microelectronics Institute completed the first x86 processor: L80C86-2, with a clock frequency of 5MHz, and a quality level of SJ33I military standard of China. At the same time, it completed the research and development of 10 supporting circuits, including l82C37a programmable DMA controller and L82C52 serial control interface. , l82C53-2 / l82C54 programmable interval timer, lC82C55A programmable external interface, L82C59A programmable priority interrupt controller, L82C86H 8-bit bus transceiver, L82C87H 8-bit bus transceiver (reverse phase), LC82C88 bus controller and L82C89 bus arbiter, the operating temperature range of the matching chip is required to reach - 55c-125c:, the functional parameters are up to the level of similar products , and can be used interchangeably.
I have got some brand-new LC8086-2 processors recently, they all work well by testing. _________________ Webmaster of China Collector's Site

L80C86 made by ShenYang Northeast Microelectronics Institute(沈阳东北微电子所), launched in 1994.
LC80C86 made by School of computer science and technology, Harbin University of Technology(哈尔滨工业大学计算机科学与技术学院) launched in 1997 or 98.
Both are compatible products of Intel 80C86, but the packaging is obviously different.but I don't rule out some kind of technical cooperation between them _________________ Webmaster of China Collector's Site

| Wait...this is a 5MHz chip? The -2 doesn't mean 8MHz? Don't tell me the C stands for "China" and not CMOS. |
