Given that all of their previous designs had integrated northbridge, ram controller, and other peripherals, and that the rumours are for the same from the 7000, it seems impossible that this could run from a s370. Possibly this is some early test vehicle?

Geekbench is just plain wrong on package type, it should be bga with around 1000 contacts.
Probably it "guessed" from the processor id that it's good old Samuel socket 370 lol.

Itīs only bad detection engine from geekbench. Definitelly not Socket 370 or Samuel 2.

The world record for socket 370 is only 238 MHz Smile
