Surface GO is build with 4415Y.
I wanted to use Dragon Naturally Speaking on it.
They suggest : Processor : IntelŪdouble cur ou processor AMD equivalent.
Can 4415Y be considered equivalent to the suggested Processors ?

4415Y is an Intel Pentium Dual Core (Kaby Lake) with two cores and 4 threads, so yes, it should be compatible.
