Intel i960 for F-22 Raptor

Does anyone know which i960 chip was used on F22 Raptor?

I found F22 uses Intel i960 cpu and later in 2005, it's been upgraded to PowerPC cpu. I'm curious which i960 was used on F22? From below it says i960MX but I cannot find any picture of i960MX and I never see a military i960.

I have a pair of C80960SA/B ES. Are they possible for F22 use?
