Here are some unique ones.
These are bump masks used for putting the solder bumps on the dies for flip chips.
They are made of metal (stainless steel I think) and are for use with 8" wafers. These came out of AMDs fab in Austin Texas.
Probably Athlon or K6-2 vintage
Birdman thinks these are likely T-bred or Barton core masks
