These are LSIs PCI-X to Dual Channel Ultra320 SCISI SoCs
LSI decided the best way to do this was to integrate not one, but THREE ARM966E-S cores running at 80MHz
One for each SCSI channel, and one for the PCI-X bus
These are NOS BGA
15x LSI 62021A1 LSI53C1030 B2 ARM Fusion-MPT $3 each or a pair for $4
