I came to possession of a bunch of wafers and I am trying to identify them. As far as I can tell they are all rockwell ones.
This is the text I was able to find on them. Not much more than that.

I bet none can id this.Will be more helpful to show us the full chip die.Birtman have done serious job in wafers and chip photography so maybe the chip something remind him.
Btw where u find the signal processor marking? |

| Pics of whole die are indeed more useful. That would let us identify microcontroller or digital signal processor cores. |
