These are 2100 family 16-bit DSP microcomputers made on a CMOS process running at 40MHz
The 2183 added 16K Instruction Cache + 16K Data Cache.
These are industrial spec parts (known as 'B' grabe by AD vs the normal 'K' grade)
Brand new in their packaging
