Cirrus Logic, along with VLSI was one of the earlier adopters of the ARM architecture before it exploded into every single SoC and device.
These are some of Cirrus Logics ARM SoCs from the late 1990s early 2000
The 7209 is a ARM720T core with 8K of cache, a MMU and Windows CE support running at 74MHz (CL claims Pentium 100 levels of performance)
It has built in MP3 Audio decoding as well
The MAverick MP3 decoder became a full fledged ARM compatible FPU in later Cirrus Logic CPUs (known as MaverickCrunch)
The 7211 is very similar, but adds a DRAM controller
