NOS DEC VAXBI Bus Controllers in chip carriers - CLOSED

These are some pretty nice chips (fairly uncommon too).

These are VAXBI Bus controller chips. This bus was featured in various DEC systems like the VAX 6000, 8000, and 9000 series machines.

These chips are all NOS unused parts with their original carriers. Due to how they were stored, the heatsinks may have minor scuffs. I had to unbend a few of the pins, but none were particularly bad (they pretty much all look like the picture now).

I have 10 of these available with carriers.

I also have one that has minor chips to the ceramic, badly curled pins, and does not have a carrier. Might be good for die shots?

Looks like I missed my chance to get die shot of these then, but I really need whole V-11 VAX chipset to get some of my most important missing die shots. One of these VAXBI chips should be included if I some day can afford the huge amount of $$$ needed to get complete V-11 processor board or all major chips there. Or maybe I'm lucky enough to find a nice set of damaged scrap chips some day.
