See image. The separated P is on both the TIP110A and the LP2951C. On the LP2951C, the P is italicized, but not on the TIP110A. Which manufacturer is this? Doesn't quite look like the Pericom or Power Integration logos. I'm trying to find modern digikey replacements for these that will still work properly in this upgrade.
Thanks. _________________ The only thing I hate more than straightening CPU pins is having CPU's with bent pins in my collection.

Edit: Mistook TIP110A for a Mosfet, but is an NPN
The TIP110A, I would suspect is a pretty generic NPN transistor, so I would guess that any manufacturer would work.
Cant read the text on the other IC - is it LP293 or?

| I would really try to find same types, actually. If gain in transistor is different, you might have an unstable regulation, leading to voltage spikes, potentially frying the CPU in the adapter .. |

Which is why I started the post, to find out which manufacturer used that severed P logo in 1998. _________________ The only thing I hate more than straightening CPU pins is having CPU's with bent pins in my collection. |
