See image. The separated P is on both the TIP110A and the LP2951C. On the LP2951C, the P is italicized, but not on the TIP110A. Which manufacturer is this? Doesn't quite look like the Pericom or Power Integration logos. I'm trying to find modern digikey replacements for these that will still work properly in this upgrade.

Thanks.

Edit: Mistook TIP110A for a Mosfet, but is an NPN

The TIP110A, I would suspect is a pretty generic NPN transistor, so I would guess that any manufacturer would work.
Cant read the text on the other IC - is it LP293 or?

Part number noted in OP.

I'm considering BDX34C for the PNP
https://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/BDX34C/497-12143-ND/2827181/?itemSeq=318860896

And either TI LP2951CM,
https://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/LP2951CM/LP2951CM-ND/3701395/?itemSeq=318860914

or

ON Semi LP2951CM,
https://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/LP2951CM/LP2951CMFS-ND/1053662/?itemSeq=318860911

The TI and ON specs are a little different according to the quick digikey specs. Just don't want the voltage sets to be all messed up. Don't have the "P" brand to compare with. The schematic on the Evergreen module is attached.

I would really try to find same types, actually. If gain in transistor is different, you might have an unstable regulation, leading to voltage spikes, potentially frying the CPU in the adapter ..

Which is why I started the post, to find out which manufacturer used that severed P logo in 1998.

This was "Promax-Johnton Corp."

http://www.p-johnton.com/

Seemed to be out of business.

Good find, thank you. When I use the wayback machine, it looks like their 2951C chip is branded PJ2951C, however on the chip I have, it is branded LP2951C. https://web.archive.org/web/20001117214000/http://www.p-johnton.com/DataSheet/LDLVR.htm

I wonder what's going on here. The Promax Johnton datasheet is here: https://pdf1.alldatasheet.com/datasheet-pdf/view/137678/ETC1/PJ2950ACT.html
