| That's not a problem if it's small enough so that it doesn't extend to bottom surface of die. In that case can I get it for $6? If that chip looks deep, then price should be around $3 due to possible damage in die shot. Anyway, I'd like to try unless there's some crack visible in reflection because that's one of the most important missing CPU dies here. |

It's surface chip doesn't extend to bottom. All chip not have visible cracks.

OK, nice then.
BTW, L64M mask is clearly for 7445, so all those 7440 samples should thus be 7445 samples really, and 1000 MHz too fast for earlier non-SOI versions anyway. Similarly L96C mask is for 7455, so that 7450 sample should also be 7455 really.
Now I know that 7445 and 7455 have different mask, so might have some visible difference in die. Maybe I'll need some 7445 also, but $8 too much for SOI die because getting nice die shots of those isn't possible yet. |
